SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the world using our standard shipping policy:
FREE FedEx ground shipping for all orders over $60, within the continental U.S.A. We apologize but we can not offer free shipping outside of the continental U.S.A.
ALL duties, taxes, customs fees and any additional fees billed by customs for couriers for foreign orders are the responsibility of the buyer. ALL orders outside of the U.S.A. are non refundable and if undeliverable/refused will be rendered as abandoned by the USPS, UPS, FedX or customs. Haircare Discounters is unable to predict, ascertain or provide customers with any information or fees related to their country of origin.
Our shipping charges are determined by the shipping method of your choice and weight of your order at time of checkout.
Hey, we're very easy to deal with, but please remember we are human too. Occasionally we make mistakes. Most of the time we will honor a pricing mistake, but if we have $.01 as the price of a box of 500 bottles of shampoo, cut us a break.

RETURN POLICY
Below is the legal ease and our " return policy " according to our attorney. So if there is ever a legal question, the next 2 lines are just my wandering generality thoughts and all the stuff after that is our legal posted policy. Basically, we want you to be a happy customer. If you are acting in good faith and you have a problem, our desire is to make it right for you. HairCareDiscounters will happily accept returns for up to fourteen (14) days after you receive your product. All returns must be postmarked no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt from our warehouse.
Please fill out the "Return Section" of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. If you are returning a gift, please check the box marked"Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.
For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns are to be addressed to:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items below.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.
Please note: Only products that are still sealed and in the original packaging that are purchased on HairCareDiscounters.com website may be returned for refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at

We just sell quality products or services that you actually want. If you are here looking for conditioner, don't worry, we won't spam you with a Viagra offer, or tell you "You've won an inheritance!"... from your long-lost cousin in some far away country.
